Terms of Service — Notify
1. General Provisions
1.1. This agreement represents a binding public terms of service between Notify (hereinafter "Service") and the individual or legal entity accessing or using the platform (hereinafter "User").
1.2. Accessing the control interface, connecting Telegram bots, or confirming acceptance within the interface constitutes full agreement to these Terms.
1.3. The User confirms that they connect only those Telegram bots they own or are authorized to manage, acting in good faith and assuming full responsibility for the use of such bots.
2. Plans and Service Conditions
2.1. The Service operates on a subscription and slot-allocation model for connected bots.
2.2. Free Plan:
- Provided to the User free of charge.
- Free access includes the Service's right to dispatch informational and sponsored (promotional) messages to the subscribers of bots assigned to the Free plan.
- The Service guarantees audience anti-spam protection: sponsored messages are limited to no more than once per day per individual bot on the Free plan.
2.3. Paid Plans (Slot Add-ons):
- Assigning a bot to a paid slot completely disables platform sponsored messages for that bot throughout the paid duration.
- Upgrading, reassigning, or releasing slots is managed directly within the control panel. Upon expiration or cancellation of a paid slot, the respective bot reverts to the Free plan.
3. Mutual Commitments and Quality
3.1. The Service strives to ensure high availability and stability of the platform, valuing long-term cooperation and user reputation.
3.2. The User guarantees that their bots comply with applicable laws, Telegram platform policies, and third-party rights.
3.3. The User retains control over their bot audience and acknowledges the operational terms associated with the chosen plan.
4. Amendments to Terms
4.1. The Service reserves the right to amend these Terms to reflect product changes, pricing adjustments, or regulatory updates.
4.2. Any updated version becomes effective immediately upon publication at https://terms.notify-app.me.
4.3. The Service is not obligated to distribute individual notifications regarding updates. Any updated version is presented directly for review and confirmation within the control interface upon the User's next session. Continued use of the platform requires confirmation of the active Terms.
